What happens during the call?

How should I prepare?

No prep required. Just show up ready to describe what feels stuck, overwhelming, or off-track. We'll take it from there.

Is this just coaching?

No. This is not HR or mindset coaching. It's a diagnostic conversation focused on business results—strategy, execution, team design, and structure. We get straight to what's actually blocking momentum.

What if I'm earlier or later than $1M–$5M ARR?

This session is optimized for startups in that scaling phase. If you're earlier, we may point you toward resources or community options. If you're later-stage, we can still explore if the format makes sense.

Will this lead to a sales pitch?

No. There is no pitch. If there's a strong fit, we can talk later. But this call is about clarity—not selling.

Can I bring a cofounder or team member?

Yes, if helpful. Many founders prefer to do the first session solo, but you're welcome to bring a key teammate—especially if it'll help surface shared misalignments.
